Carp boilie recipe

This is my personal recipe, which I always use and it is always good because the basic ingredients will remain the same, but everything else that is considering the taste, smell and various additives can be changed by the personal opinion of each angler. Each of us knows the best of its water.

BASIC MIXTURE

10% rice flour

15% soya flour

10% shells flour

10% fish flour (if there is no shells then 10% of flour

white fish more)

10% powdered milk

10% bird food (Robin red)

5% white corn flour (finely grind)

30% semolina

LIQUID MIXTURE

5 ml of oil from the liver of hake

3 ml clear alhohol

2 ml of corn oil

2 teaspoons of honey

3 tablespoons powdered sugar (even better liquid sugars only what needs to reduce the

amount of sugar)

4 eggs plus two egg yolk

2 tablespoons powder for density of corn

PREPARATION: Stir eggs with a ladle, but watch that you do not make foam, and that eggs remain yellow. Add the other liquid ingrediens in eggs. Add the basic mixture slowly to the liquid mixture, but do not work vice versa and blend all until the mixture don't be equal and compact. You will know when the paste is ready when it forms a firm ball that isn't sticky and can hold its shape. Make the sausages from the mixture and with rolling table or by hands create a boilies.

COOKING: Bring some water to the boil and add about 15-20 boilies at a time to the boiling water. Do not add to many so that the water goes off boil. After about 2 minutes of boiling take the baits out of the boiling water and let them dry on a clean towel or cloth. Boilies dry in a colander and let them be expanded. Boilie has a natural brown-red color but everyone can add to what he liked.

Carp boilie - homemade experiences

Blends, flavorings, additives and all the things you can buy today and pay a lot of money for production and marketing is completely unnecessary. I think that there are good intentions of those who produce, but I can not believe that the industrial mixture can be better than the one that carp angler was made with his own hand (I am sure).

Today, in ordinary shops or warehouses which sell food for the animals can find everything you need, much cheaper. Important: basic mixture must be excellent, and this mixture we still use (depending on time of year) and flavorings, oils, color and taste. It is important that the mixture is good, so boilies not crumbling after cooking, not to be very soft, which can be regulated and the number of eggs in the mixture. Boilies, of any kind, purchased at the store have a nice color and smell of fifty meters in a circle, but try to remove them from the water after the half hour and you'll see that they have accepted the smell of the water. Boilies you've made are not so nice or even fragrant, but they are fresh, if you add all that is required (oil, natural flavorings, etc.), the smell will spread in the water much longer than the boilie from the shop. Boilies, with more than 30% of proteins very quickly induces satiety carp, so that they can not digest food very long time. This is the flavor that comes into his memory and will be reminder for him to a taste of boilie. He will avoid the taste when it was found again.

Everything that I have wrote so far is only my opinion, which was tested in the fishing, that does not mean that boilies bought at the store are not good for fishing, because I have used boilles from shops many of times.

Catch and release fishing

There are several reasons for using this method. First, with our increasing population, it gives fisherman an opportunity to catch more another day. It also helps to preserve fish populations that are challenged by numerous outside factors. When females are released they are given another chance to spawn and lay their eggs. This is vital to maintaining fish populations because the cycle of life is not interrupted. It preserves wild species of fish.

Simply letting the fish go after capture is not all there is to catch and release fishing. Naturally, if the fish is released in such poor condition that is is likely to die anyway, the whole point is defeated. When you have hooked up, try to bring the fish in as soon as possible. Experience has shown that there is no appreciable increase in the number of fish lost when using barbless hooks. Indeed, some anglers claim that their success rate is higher when using them, as barbed hooks sometimes penetrate only as far as the barb due to the large increase in the diameter of the hook at this point. If you must remove the fish from the water do so as gently as possible. Do not suspend large fish by the line, lower jaw or gills as this places enormous strain on the throat latch and will probably cause fatal injuries. In fact large fish should really never be removed from the water if you intend to release them. When bringing in fish from the depths, it's often good to pause every few feet or so. This allows the fish to decompress. Some people like to weigh trophy fish before they release them. When you weigh a fish, try to use a scale that allows you to place the fish on it, or place the fish in something that will be lifted. Most scales have a hook on the end and do damage to fish. Never place this in the eye of a fish, or in his gills. Place the fish in a wet towel and lift it with the hook. Remove the fish and weigh the wet towel or in special bag for weight and subtract the weight of the towel to get the weight of the fish. Or, zero the scale out with the towel attached, and then weigh the fish. When you release a fish, gently set him back in the water. Never throw a fish back or toss him through the air into the water. Once you've caught your trophy you can preserve the memory by taking a quick photo or two. Since you are releasing the fish, a good photo is a very important part of preserving the memory that you've just experienced. Practice your photography techniques when you are not fishing. Study the pictures that you have taken. Try to figure out what you could have done better. A digital camera is a good investment because you can delete any bad photos, and you don't have to print the ones you don't want.

Catch and release fishing is all about preserving the sport of fishing.

Carp fishing bait MAIZE

We can use a maize (corn) in carp fishing. Maize is very good carp bait and lots of anglers use it. We can buy maize wich is already prepared or we can prepare it personally. The bait is so versatile that it is at home catching various species from carp to roach.

It is an excellent holding bait and you don't have to feed much to keep the fish interested. Once fish get a taste for corn the action can be frantic. It is also a bait that will entice big fish, so if you are being pestered by smaller bits but know the bigger stuff is there, then corn could be the answer.

One of the most effective and cheapest still water bait is corn. There are numerous types of corn on the market, both in tackle shops and supermarkets. Making the right choice is very important. I believe that quality corn will get you better results over the cheaper variety.

For fishing usually use two main types of corn. Normal maize (grain, which are normal size) and large grains (grain that are much higher than normal).

How to prapare maize (corn)

Maize is a simple to prepare, but it is critical that it is done properly, so we have included the following instructions for those carp fishermen who are new to this bait. First soak the maize for 24 hours, this soaking is then followed by the boiling process. Boil the maize for approximately 45 minutes. This boiling process will slightly soften the bait and it is this process where the magic of maize begins.During the boiling process the maize will start to release its natural sugars, which the carp find irresistible, when boiled, empty the maize and its hot water into a suitable plastic bait bucket.. Store the bait in a dark, cool shed (not in the sun) and use it within 3 days. Prepared maize can be frozen for later use as long as you allow plenty of time (12 hours) for it to fully defrost, but personally I prefer to use it freshly made while it is still releasing its irresistible carp attracting sugars.

Maize is a truly great carp fishing bait, it is brightly coloured, full of magical carp attracting natural sugars, contains high levels of energy boosting carbohydrates, it is easy to prepare and use, and it costs very little.

Carp fishing bait TIGER NUTS

Tiger nuts is one of the best baits for catching carp. Carp love tiger nuts. Tiger nuts are hard nuts which have to be prepared properly before they can fished with.

In fishing is used from 80-years of the last century. You can buy prepared or raw. In every little better store fishing equipment can be found on the shelves (for example, of Dynamite Baits). If you buy prepared tiger nuts do not have any concerns, go to fishing and that's it. If you buy it raw, you'll have to cook it. First put into the water over 24 hours, then in that lead cook about 30 minutes, then cool down nut. Into cooked nuts you can add scents, aditive and colors, but I recommend that you do not do it because carp likes flavour such as natural taste. Tiger cooked nut, you can also freeze and after that normally use. You can mix it with other baits (corn, boilies, hemp, etc.) anduse it for feeding. Skilful angler says that if the carp will not take any bait, it will bite on tiger nut (whether it is a truth check on your own). Today, there are a lot of the type buy boilies on the basis of tiger nut. You can hair rigged them and I usually put two onto the hair. At the pictures you can se tiger nuts dry particle and prepared one from the shop.

Carp fishing bait HEMP SEED

Hemp seed is one of the most effective and simple carp attractors and feeding stimulants of all time. It offers high feeding stimulus for the carp, high oil content, amazing holding power, simple preparation and low prices when compared to other carp fishing baits.

As with all particle baits the hemp seed needs preparation, but it is such a simple process that many anglers prepare their hemp whilst they are fishing, and use it as soon as it is ready, this is known as hot hemp, there is no way of keeping it as fresh as this.

Classic hemp preparations are very simple. First you need to soak your hemp seed in a bucket of water for 24 hours. After that, put it cook about 30 minutes (or until the seeds are not split) and your hemp is ready for use.

Hot hemp is prepared in the same way as a classic that is only during the cooking of 0.5 kg of hemp add 1 ml sweetener, and yet you get a better effect if you use the sweetener with the emulsion properties. But if you fish on the fish boilie instead of sweetener put the teaspoon of salt. Do not overdo the amount of sweetener or salt, because this would have unwanted effects.

Prepared hemp is best used immediately, and no later than a couple of days. Also, it can be frozen, and later defrost and use, but because of the simplicity of preparation is recommended that the benefits of fresh prepared. Boiled hemp can be used, and mix together with other particles especially with corn.
